Pancakes are one of my favorite things to eat in the morning (especially ones with chocolate chips in them) so I was so excited to find my egg & banana pancakes recipe a while back. Once I started experimenting with Coconut Flour and Paleo recipes, I decided to give my favorite breakfast food a try. This is the only recipe I’ve tried so far and the only ingredients are :
Clearly the ingredients are very basic, so I think next time I’ll throw some of my own stuff in there to add to the flavor. I would definitely say the flavor in my egg & banana pancakes is much better, but the texture when using coconut flour makes it much more pancake-like? I think we are on the right track here.
