College: CHECK. One week later and I still can’t get over it! Here are some words I’ve written down lately to hold on to in such a crazy new life chapter:
Psalm 18: You keep my lamp burning and turn my darkness in to light. Your way is perfect; the word of the Lord is flawless. You are the one who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect.
1 Peter 5:9-20: Stand firm in faith and the God of all grace, after you have suffered a little, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm, and steadfast.
Psalm 40: 1-3: I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit, set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth.
Isaiah 58:11: The Lord will always guide you; he will satisfy your needs in sun-scorched land and strengthen your frame. You will be like a well watered garden.
Isaiah 43:19: See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.
Isaiah 6:8: Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here I am. Send me!”
And finally, on to the next adventure –
Psalm 139:10: Even there your hand will guide me.
